Did you mistakenly upload an incorrect file? Or did you upload a document twice to an employee's profile? Well, this should not be a problem at all. Deleting an incorrect or duplicated file can be done on Sprout HR in a few easy steps. Let's take a look at them:
1. Go to the employee's profile by typing the name of the employee in the Employee Search field.
2. Scroll down and click on the Documents tab.
3. Click the Delete button on the specific file you want to have removed.
Note: The Delete button will only be available if you are assigned with an Admin Dashboard.
4. A pop-up box will appear asking if you're sure about the deletion. If yes, click the Delete button to proceed.
5. Save the profile by clicking on the Save button below it.
